Removal of Name from CIBIL |

Hi,
I have settled all my dues on 3 cards. I even have the NOC. I had settled all of them in lower amounts than the actual outstanding. Also I hold one card as of now, which I have never defaulted any payments. Is it possible to get my name removed from CIBIL? Or because of the credit history for the rest 3 cards, my name will never be removed from CIBIl? Also for 1 of the cards the total outstanding was Rs. 85,000 and I paid Rs. 20,000 to settle and they had written that they will write off the deficit amount. So please advise if I can get my name removed from CIBIL in any case. |

Dear Madam,
If you have obtained the NOC then it won't be a problem for you. These settlements would certainly reflect in CIBIL. Moreover you should try and repay all your dues well before due date to maintain a healthy CIBIL Score. |

I would requestifanybody can help get me a loan of 6 -7 lakhs against a property value of 15 lakhs.The only problem is the property is in Coimbatore and that I am an NRI .If anybody can help me out I would appreciate.The loan is require for 5 years tenure.
