hi team@deal4loans,
I have a doubt on the rate of interest of the home loan rates you have posted.
I took a loan from LIC HFL (<30lakhs) in 2008 and was given a ROI of 10.5%(floating). now it is up to 11.9%. I have tried to reason with the staff there and they say that there is a wide variety of reasons why its at that rate and this is the best they can offer. Now i have another offer from citibank and axis bank that i can transfer my loan and get to ROI=10.5%. How do i know that these guys will not jack it up once i transfer?
can anyone tell me if there is a policy with all the banks that they can increase the rate of the interest after the loan has been disbursed.

I paid my personal loan and credit card bill, but still my name was in the cibil defualter list.
I was in the cibil defualter list, so how could I improve my credit score and get the loans credit cards.
Is there any way to remove my name from the cibil defualter list.

| I had taken Home Loan in 2009 at floating rate of interest of 10%.Gradually the rate of interest got increased to 13.50% by 2011.Now when i enquired i got to know that the current rate of interest is 11.50% floating.As per floating ROI,my rate of interest also has to change in terms of EMI and tenure. |
