I am an educational consultant,and my income is once in a year of around 3.00 lakhs. Now I need a loan of Rs 1.00 lakh against post dated check repayable in one year along with interest. Is there any sourse to get me a loan. |

I got a preapproved loan of Rs.184000 from ICICI bank. I availed that loan and paying 5550 EMI every month. Till now i payed 10 EMI's. Can i get another loan from other bank based on this existing loan. Please reply me.

| Yes Mr.Srinivas if you have paid more than 9 emi's then definetly you can have another loan from any bank. |

Sir
My current salary is gross 250000 plus reimbursment and incentives. I have 2 4wheeler loan with ICICI bank and am paying the of Rs 9300/- per car every month. These cars are on run on rental services and net profit showed in the financial year 2006-2007 is Rs100000/- P.A. Now I want to take a home loan of Rs10 lacs. And this year I will show a profit of Rs 200000/- P.A. from business and salary income is there also.
So what do you thing will I get the required loan ?
Or, what to do ? I need the Home Loan Badly.

i Have taken a loan from ICICI worth 100000 for 4years and paid only for 2 years and used the credit card worth 50000 due to huge financial crisis i am not in a position to pay not more than 1000 rs per month. since last 5 months iam absocnding form the bank. please adivise me what to do???? |

| You can go for axis bank since they are giving 14.5% interest only (lowest interest rate) among all the other banks. |

Hi
Recently I applied Home loan from SBI. All the process are geeting over soon. Now the Bank is asking for regisiting home loan agreement with them while disbursing the loan. They are asking to sign in stamp paper value of 0.5 % of loan amount. It will cost arount Rs5000 for me. Is it a standrad process followed by banks? Can you please clarify the document regsiteration with the BanK? |

I have a salary account and one more SB account in other bank.
I have no personal loans in my salary account. But I have loans around 3 laks in other bank SB account.Now I applied for Home Loan. Wheather the Bank will consider only the salary account or other SB account also.Will it affect in my home loan eligibility? Please guide me ASAP.My take home is 27000. What is the eligible housing loan amount. |

| yes Mr kumar,the personal loans that you are going through will affect your loan eligibility.Because anyhow the loans are on your name wheather you are paying the emi through SB a/c or salaried a/c.They will be considered. |

Dear Jagannath,the eligibility of Home loan is calculated on the gross salary of the individual.
As you have mentioned 19k as your take home salry,you can avail a personal loan upto 10lac. |

HDFC will be releasing 2 cheques - (1) to icici for the outstanding bal (2) remaining loan amt to the seller.
When the registration should happen ?
