Loan Against property

Hi, We have a property valued aprox. 1cr 30 lac.( one big house and 4500 sq ft of land in very prime area) after my father death the property is in 3 name including me ,my brother and mom. but now my brother and mom want to sale the property b'coz of some money problem. but i don't want to sale the property. now please advice me how can i keep the property with me by paying my brother and mom share ( aprox. 40 lac each). The total land aprox. 6624 Sq ft. I am interested to Build Flat on this property. so plz give me an idea how can i took a loan and pay the necessary share to my brother and mom.

Hi,
i m working in pune for a couple of years. I am from guwahati n need to reconstruct our old home built by my father 25 yrs back-in guwahati-my father is retired n owns the property--n i want to avail a loan myself my current gross is around 17000 per month. A reputed bank says my father can be co-applicant n that i may avail a loan of 8-9 lacs. I was advised to bring the neccessary porperty documents. I am a salaried person and I want to know if i m on the right track before committing anything to my parents. Please help

Mr Das,as you have said that the house is in the name of your's and on your father so in this regard,if your father will be a co applicant then taht would be pretty okay.

Dear sir,

I have a joint name property my & my father's name now I want to Loan of Rs. 9 Lacs against property. the value of house property is Appx. 18 lacs. my currently income from salary & profession is 18000/-PM(appx.) & my fathers income is. 10000/- PM from business.
please let me know how can I do this and what time ?
also I want to know the procedure of Loan and time for sanctioned?

Pradeep,You can apply for a lap.This can be sanctioned on your name & your father can become a co-aplicant for this,
The procedure & time will be a part of the bank,they will let you know.

Amarjit,if your home is in the of your parents then the Loan Against property can only be given on there name.

i am paying 11.5 % right now for a loan of 30.1 lacs. the current balance is abt 29 lacs. 2 years emi has been paid -all in time. Suggest me the best option in terms of lower interest and less documentation.

I have a joined Home Loan with my brother from HSBC of 36 lacks. Top of that a home loan insurance of 79 thousand from Tata Aig which is also added to the loan amount.

Yes vivek you can take a loan for purchasing a land.There is no difference in the rate of interest but the maximum tenure that can be offered will be 15 years.

Both have different rate of interest.If you are taking any loan the main thing that should be considered are the documentation.
So check the Docs part from the Bank
