| my father have taken 23 laks home loan from bank.bank people transfered 10 laks to earlier bank and later they released two laks and two laks i dont know after 20 omnths they were not even sent any notice or letter regarding loan amount or emi and now they are asking us to pay the emis for total 23 laks. is it possible to shift from that bank to other bank with only 14 lakswht they have given ? |

| Can a finance company take the processing fee and interest in advance before the loan is disbursed. The property is due legal clearance but the advisor told me that the loan is disbursed on 30th November and the EMI would be due 20th of December but now he says there are some legal documents which are pending. He has stated the loan is disbursed in the system on 30th so i need to pay interest for one day. Can anyone give an advise if this is correct. What should i do next |

What is the consequence of failure to repay the loan against credit card of the deceased by the later's family members?Can they investigate into the finance of the family of the deceased to recover their loan?How much of the outstanding amount they waive off in case of settlement? |

| dont go for a settlement.. coz if u settle with the bank then the son of teh deceased memeber will have trouble in availing of a loan in the future...beware |

What i i know is they can put claim at court.Settlements generally can be pushed upto the amount due and the intrest part can be waived off.But it differs from bank to bank |

Manoj, It would be really tough to get a Personal loan in the case you have a bad credit history.If you own aproperty you may get aloan against in. thats the only hope.

I've been offered a personal loan by Barclays. On the loan amount they are telling me that there wil be a 1.5 % processing fee and a insurance cover as well. Is is true that RBI has made it compulsary that the insurance on personal loans is a compulsary object and can't be waived off...Kindly reply asap...Its urgent |
