| Dear Sir, I am trying for personal loan for my sister marriage. Earlier as i got one from HSBC bank after lots of follow up. The real problem for us is, I am working in a Pvt. firm, where we neither receive any kind of payslip nor our salary is credited in the bank. Also, we donot receive salary on time. In this case, maintain a sound re-payment track is not possible always, though i am paying every month EMI. Now, again i need personal loan, but i am unable to get. Kindly suggest what i shall do? |

| Nirmalendu,You should apply through that bank where you are already going with the Personal loan.It would be easy for you to get the loan from there if you are paying your emi on time. |

HOME LONE - CLARIFICATION PLS |
|
| By PUNITHA on October 22, 2008, 7:35 pm |
| WE IDENTIFIED A PROPERTY OF 2 GROUND ON WHICH ONE GROUND OCCUPIED BY A OLD HOUSE (25 YEARS). THE MARKET VALUE OF THAT TOTAL PROPERTY IS AROUND 16 LAKHS. MY EARNING Vs LOAN EMI, IS NOT IN QUESTION. WHEN WE APPLY FOR HOME LOAN, THE BANKERS AGREE GIVE LOAN ONLY ON THE VALUE OF THE HOUSE, THAT IS AROUND 1.5 LAKHS, DUE TO ITS AGE. CAN WE APPLY FOR A LOAN AS WE PURCHASE THE VACANT LAND? IF SO, TO GET THE LOAN, WE HAVE TO DEMOLISH THE HOUSE? PLS SUGGEST ME A PROPER WAY TO GET THE LOAN. |

On the bases of the income you can have loan upto 10lac.But if you want to increase your eligibility then you can club the income of any of your family member.
Bank can sanction you a home loan upto 70% to 85% of your property value. |

Credit card with interest free (for a period) and no advance fee cash removal facility |
|
| By Baba on October 15, 2008, 10:35 am |
Hi,
This is a great job you'll are doing.. I truly appreciate your work and give you a big THANK YOU on behalf of all the users.
I would like to get a Credit Card which allows me to remove cash without interest (of course for a fixed period) and without any advance fee. I know that there are a few cards like KOTAK Fortune and have applied for it and fulfilled all the formalities but am not receiving a reply from them. I usually transact in cash using my credit card but pay a lot oof interest on it since day one. I want a card which will charge me interest only after the due date and treat cash transactions like any other purchase.
Thank you and awaiting your reply |

Personal Loan |

| By Paras Anand on October 13, 2008, 5:11 pm |
Hi,
I'm an employee ina IT Company. My monthly take-home salary is around 20k. I need a loan of Rs. 1 Lac. But there is one problem. I've been living at my current address i.e. Ghaziabad, since last 5 years. But I don't have any proof of this as it is neither a rented house nor owned. It's one of my relative's place. One of my credit card has this address as the billing address. There is no other document that proves that I live here. My permanent address is of Dehradun. So is there any way by which I can get the loan in this situation?
Waiting for your valuable reply. |
