their are various banks offering personal loan and the intrest varies fm 14 to 18 % P.A.
the banks you could get in touch with are HDFC,ICICI,CITIBANK,SBI etc |

| I would recommend that you liaise with American Express Bank to have your name removed from the defaulters list. In case you need to pay the balance amount which was waived during the settlement. |

You should approach banks where you already have a relationship or institutions like HDFC, etc. They will valuate the property and your income sources and give you a sanction amount. You will need to complete the land purchase as well as the new construction within this sanctioned amount. The current home loan rates are between 9.5% to 11% and tenures range from 5 years to 20 years.
