| i am enjying car loan,personnelloan for thelast4 yrs from icici bank ltd. still repaymet does.they are ready to enhance the amount to rs.10lakhs as per the track record.but interest rate of 18% diminishing per annum i cannot afford. i am enjoying with 14and15% .i expect not more than 14% for further loan.i have land property . |

| on april 20 we deposited the loan form in the dalhousie branch ,kolkata,0f h.d.f.c. bank.they asked to pay processing fees & we gave a cheque of 1967 which was encashed on 27.4.07 from my son!s ac .iam co- applicant the home i got by partition suit as my parents who were the owner & they died at the interval of 1 mth. HDFC first accepted the proposal now they are asking for title deed original but court never gives original copy.helplessly i have handed over the home by regd to my son to get original title deed to get loan & to save time. & money they have taken.My son is a structural engineer in ALSTOM PROJECTS INDIA LTD,KOLKATA.Salary 357000,loan amt 350000.i have a 1 strd 800 sf bldg want to make it 2 strd at kharagpur land 3 deci pl advise me what to do.was it justified for hdfc to deal such a way.where should we go for justice? |

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied a personal loan through a DSA of dutchese bank, from Noida. Initially those people used to give a proper response to phone calls and querries. Even I was told my loan has been sanctioned, they'll send someone to get the documents signed.I had been waiting for that person since 2nd June'07, but no one turned up. After that no one is showing even that much courtsey to pick up the phone call and tell the actual status. They had not even given me the loan reference no. to get the status direct from the bank.
Please help. |

| My house is financed by a LIC Hsg ( now balance is at 1.5 lakhs) who refused to give additional top-up loan for 'unethical' reasons which I don't want to encourage and accept. Is there any bank or financial Institution you suggest who can take over the existing loan and give additional loan of 2 lakhs against the 8.5 lakhs of current valuation of my flat ? |

I have site loan of 8.5 laks to trasnfer from my current idbi bank to any other bank. Currently my take home is 45 k per month . This is the second loan taken 1.5 years ago.
Paying EMI of 13500 for first loan.
Can you suggest me any bank which can take over this loan.

| i dont think 30000 is less salary, as per minimum salary for icici or any other bank.One reason i can site is that they may not be offering more than 2.5- 3 lakhs a loan to you.Were you looking for a bigger loan.See generally banks gives 10 time sof your monthly slary to apersonal loan for 5 yrs.Apply with other banks or call them at there call center number and ask them why were you rejected. |

If you are a salaried employee the rates are from 15%-24% reducing and if you are selfemployed the rates are between17%-28% reducing. |
