Hello Sanjeev,
I was going through the Loan information Portal and came across your response for inquires. I am NRI and own few lands in punjab near chandigarh and I am interested in taking loan against those lands as I am willing to buy a flat . I basically have no knowledge about how to get loan in india. I'll highly appreciate your response and appropriate direction in this matter. |

I need home loan about Rs.800000/-. I am a salaried employee and working for a pvt ltd co., since 3 years. I have started Banking transactions from last 2 months i.e. from Sept'07. Can I avail of a Home Loan, as Bank needs Satement of Bank Account for 6 months.

| I am looking for loan of around 30 lacs. My current ctc is 6.38 lacs and that of last year is 4.60 lacs. My current gross is 37k excl variable pay and last year is was 30k. I am married. I am looking for new or resale property. Kindly provide me all necessary information incl processing charges,insurance, penalty for early payments, documents requd. Dear sir,
I am working in Tata Technologies Pune,
I am looking a flat having cost around 18L.
my CTC is 3.72LPA, from which gross per month is 25k.
I want loan amount around 14-15 lacks.
from my CTC there are 2 components which i am getting yearly(i.e. performance pay 37k & LTA 13k)
As this components are not in my gross.. I am getting lesser loan than i want.
Can you please tell me which banks give me maximum loan.(considering yearly components) & there intrest rate.

| Personal loan can be availed by either showing income docments which is Itr etc or showing track record of your expenditure ie credit card payments.So if you have any credit card check with that bank that they can give you any loan or if you have any car loan running you can avail Personal loan |

| There is something called Debt consolidation, which means that you can bring all your loans and credit under one loan.In india Citifinancial has one product like that.Do check at there branches or what you should try is that if you should pay those credit card dues which charge upto 40% rate towards low rates loan against property |

If your loan is already 12 months old then thats one option plus if you have any credit card you can opt for that loan.You can with Icici, Stan chart etc.

Hi Every body,
I need a home loan with less interest rate.Currently my salary is 17k in hand and i looked for a flat worth 21 lac. Currently i do have a property(Joint property with my brother) in my home town worth rs 50 lac. i use to get monthly income of 8000 on that building.
Can any body please let me know how much loan i can be sanctioned and what is the least interest currently running and which banking is offering good interest rate?

| U shld try speaking to the bank with which u have your account. Since u do not file returns, it would be tough for other banks to judge ur payback potential. alternatively u can look at a secured loan- wherein ur pledge some asset as a security against the loan. |

| Through you I have submitted the loan application to UTI bank-Arth Financil services, they have taken all the papers in 2 months several times, they have also taken cheque and told that this will be deposited only if we sanction the loan, but they have not sanctioned the loan and taken money. I may take legal action if they do not return my money or they sanction my loan. please inform the reasons for not sanctioning the loan |
