I have a salary account and one more SB account in other bank.
I have no personal loans in my salary account. But I have loans around 3 laks in other bank SB account.Now I applied for Home Loan. Wheather the Bank will consider only the salary account or other SB account also.Will it affect in my home loan eligibility? Please guide me ASAP.My take home is 27000. What is the eligible housing loan amount. |

| yes Mr kumar,the personal loans that you are going through will affect your loan eligibility.Because anyhow the loans are on your name wheather you are paying the emi through SB a/c or salaried a/c.They will be considered. |

Dear Jagannath,the eligibility of Home loan is calculated on the gross salary of the individual.
As you have mentioned 19k as your take home salry,you can avail a personal loan upto 10lac. |

I'm planning to buy a resale flat. Its on home loan from icici & I'm going for HDFC.
HDFC will be releasing 2 cheques - (1) to icici for the outstanding bal (2) remaining loan amt to the seller.
When the registration should happen ?

I want to know the details of Home loans.
My monthly income is 15k excluding other bonus so it comes to around 2.3 lacs p.a. Am I eligible for a home loan of 32lacs. what would be my monthly EMI and extra interest charges for a tenure of 20 yrs. please reply me back asap.

| Most of the bank are checking the CIBIL track,but if you want you can check out with Nationalize Banks that might help you in this. |

Hi,
I have personal loans from ICICI and UTI Bank amounting to Rs. 7 Lakh which is now 6.35 lakh after one year. I paid regular EMIs through ECS. Now, I feel that the amount of EMI is too high. My question is that how can I reduce the amout of EMI? Please`suggest.

Personal loan emis dont change unless you have applied for a floating personal loan. Your emi- rate will most likely remain same.Most banks offer personal loans at fixed Emis where as in Home loans on flating rates Emi changes.

You are allowed to take a loan to buy a home in another city, The tax benefits will still apply. They are not dependent on the city of your residence.
