I have Income from salary Rs 105000/- (my own), my mother have Income from her salary Rs 74400/- & Rs 25200/- from family pension. The total income is going Rs 204600/- per annum.
I need Rs 600000/- finance for 7 years b'cause only 10 years are left for my mom's retirement & also she have one more flat costing Rs 250000/- in small city nearby Mumbai.
In our case we had no any debt. So I would like to buy new home.
If any agent can help me please reply me urgently to make budget for buy new home. |

You are already leveraged to the extent of almost 50% of your salary. I would not recommend that you take on any more debt, as servicing it may put too much of a strain on your resources. You should check for top-ups on your existing loans as they would not increase the cash outflow, but the tenure would increase.

| Are not the credit cards and personal loans becoming a sort of 'urban indebtedness' when the banks advance the loans and allure the persons with credit cards without ever assessing the repayment capacity of the individual. Should not Government consider some stiff regulations this. The recovery system - through the touts and goons also reminds one of the primitive society. Assess the capacity of the loanee and then advance the loan or issue the credit card. Please express your views on this. |

| The rate of interest charged by the bank is a function of various paramatres like your salary, credit worthiness, any other loan running etc. The ususal rate of interest is between 15-24%. |

| CVV is a very important number. Please remember that any merchant will have all the details of your card following a transaction and the only number further required is the CVV number to do any on-line transaction. The crad should be safe guarded from unauthorised use. Best is to earse CVV number from the card and store it separately. Remember not to handover the credit card specially at petrol pumps with the CVV number visible !!! |

| Banks do a fair amount of due diligence on the property before giving home loans. I doubt you will be able to get a home loan for construction on an unapproved plot. |
