Payment Mechanism

Ensure to pay your card outstanding on time to avoid penalties & charges.
You can pay your credit card outstanding with any of the following modes:-
1) Cash: - You can visit the bank branch and pay the amount.
2) Cheque drop:- Cheque can be dropped at branches & ATMs of the bank.

When making payments please indicate the following details in the assigned boxes on the payment coupon:
• Cheque number
• Cheque date
• Cheque amount
• Bank & Branch on which the bill is drawn

You need to detach the payment coupon and send it along with your payment.
3) Auto-debit Facility: - Allows bank account holders to give standing instructions to pay their bills on pre-specified date. It can be done in following manner:-
i) Standing Instructions:-
a)MAD - You can instruct to pay minimum amount
b)TAD - You can instruct to pay total amount due
c) Fixed Amount
ii) ECS: - On a pre-specified date by the customer amount will be auto debited from the account.
