Hi,
I am intending to go for a home loan. The amount would be 20L. But I am confused , which bank to approach.
I felt nationalised banks are better than the foreign banks.
Can any body please suggest me which bank offers loans at low interest rates |

First of all i must thank you for such nice site, i would like to suggest one thing.....
This site is really nice & very useful, still to make it even more usefull , alongwith the EMI-Calculators if you can add "Amortization Schedule" i.e. the table which consists of Break-Up of each EMI viz. Principle Amount, Interest, Outstanding Principle etc. this will be of Great help to us.

Dear All,
This is good information for all people but i will suggest every one that never default and that makes you in good comanding position to fight in case of discripancy or false claim any body make and keep record of each & every transaction along with note of communication and compalint number so as to track your claim when needed. B'coz that has helped me in some case. |

Thanks for your mail regards to CIBIL. Now can any one change his/ her credit report in span of one two years. Say if some one has some bed fact almost 5 year back where he had opt for the settlment option with bank, but and there after do ot have any loan in his books, will previous track record i.e. 5 year old track record make diffrent , if he is looking out for fresh new loans.

| I am one of the guys who has suffered severly by false promises by banks, who send their rowdy collection agents to threaten thier customers. A blog against credit card, personal loan and banking promises and troubles would be appreciated. |
