I want to know about Loan against property. As a security purpose our papers with HDFC. How I can get the loan ?
i..e Loan against Property, I can get loan from other Bank ?
What I have read on your website they will provide 60% of the market value. But without papers How they can provide a loan ?

Hi,
Iam looking for a home loan of 35 lakhs. I would like to know the interest rate and the max years i can take to pay it back.Ive tried to find this through many calculators in the internat but im not satisfied with the reply as it is always different with a different calculator.
Also please suggest me what are the various home loan options one has?
Any information regarding home loan will be highly apprecaited.

I am intending to go for a home loan. The amount would be 20L. But I am confused , which bank to approach.
I felt nationalised banks are better than the foreign banks.
