Since when you are in a business of sourcing Home Loan customers?
Mohit Says: For last 10 years I am sourcing home loan customers. Initially I was associated with PNB & since 2002 with LICHFL.
How does LICHFL as a brand helps you in getting conversions?
Mohit Says: In recent years, LICHFL branding initiatives has helped us in gaining more conversion. Also, average ticket-size has increased from 5 Lacs to 25 Lacs
How Deal4Loans leads have been performing for you.
Mohit Says: Lead Quality is upto the filters I had asked. I am able to disburse file amounting Rs.1.5 crore out of 50 leads allocated & other couple of files are in a process amounting Rs.2 crore.

Yes, initially I had concerns with the model as there was no representative in the city but later with rigorous follow up & reasonable solution by account manager I was convinced to make the payments.

Anil Says: I have been in Home Loans business since last 11 years. I started with ICICI bank & for last six years I am with HDFC Ltd.
Which is the major source you generate your business through?
Anil Says: Major business comes through Builder & Real-Estate tie-ups, references & leads.
How has been your experience with Deal4loans leads?
Anil Says: Initially, leads quality was low but with rigorous follow up by the account manager things stream-lined & now the lead quality is good & delivering up to my expectations. Out of 50 leads I am able to convert 30-35 leads on a monthly basis.
