LIC Bhagyalakshmi Home Loan: LIC Housing Finance announced the launch of a new home loan product “Bhagyalakshmi” for women home seekers. Aimed at catering to the needs of a growing number of women home seekers, this product is available to women applicants who are the sole owner of the property or the first owner in a jointly owned property.

Home Loan applications received for rupees ₹ 419,027 crores till 20 April 2024

Exclusive home loan product for women borrowers.

Fixed rate of interest for first 2 years.

0.25% additional rebate for the entire loan tenure.

Bhagyalaxmi Plus:

• Fixed rate of interest for first 2 years.
• Rate of interest 10.35% for loans up to Rs 75 lakh

New Fixed 10:

• Fixed interest rates for 10 years, out of which first 5 years would carry a rate of 11.50%, for loans up to Rs 75 lakh
