* If the spends on the ICICI Bank Unifare Credit Card is Rs. 50,000 or more during an anniversary year, the Annual Fee for the subsequent year shall be reversed. If the total spends on the ICICI Bank Unifare Credit Card is less than Rs. 50,000 during an anniversary year,the Annual Fee shall not get reversed for the subsequent year.
