About CDA: The Cuttack Development Authority has been constituted vide Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No: 37634/HUD, dated 31.08.1983 under the provisions of the Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982 w.e.f. 01.09.1983. Since then the Organization is functioning with the following branches.
