Private sector personal loan lender, Karur Vysya Bank today said it is planning to consider issue of further shares, augment capital including bonus and rights issue.
A meeting of board of directors of the company will be held on Sep. 7, 2010 to consider the same.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till Aug. 30, 2010, rising 17.86% compared with the Sensex`s 0.92% rise. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 44.62% as against 6.93% rise in the Sensex.
The company has market capitalization of Rs 38.61 billion as on Aug. 30, 2010. The company has an equity capital of Rs 54.44 million. Face value of share is at Rs 10.
Shares of the company gained Rs 28.85, or 4.07%, to trade at Rs 738.15. The total volume of shares traded was 518,706 at the BSE.
