Under this scheme, borrowers of single bedroom flat can close the repayment of his ₹ 50.7 lakh loan flat in approx 8 years. He just need to pay 20% of the property value as initial downpayment which is ₹ 10.04 lakh and rest of the amount im EMI’s of ₹ 40,160. so in this customer have to pay only property value of the flat. have a look at the example below:

Under the DSK scheme, the customer who pays his initial contribution (say Rs 10 lakh or 20 percent of the total value of Rs 50.7 lakh), will have to immediately start paying the EMI (about Rs 40,000). The possession of the flats will be given in 2019.
